You may not need this page. In the Marketplace listing form, under the app version's Links tab, you can answer Yes to using Atlassian's standard agreement — then Atlassian hosts the terms and you only fill in your Provider-Specific Terms. Keep this page only if you prefer a URL of your own, and keep it consistent with whatever you selected there.
The agreement
Use of APP_NAME ("the app"), provided by VENDOR_NAME, is governed by the Atlassian standard end user agreement, together with the Provider-Specific Terms set out below.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION, and the courts of JURISDICTION have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
